Second headache rack purchased

This is the second headache rack I have perched. First one is on a Canam defender limited and liked it so much I got a second for the new Polaris Ranger XD 1500. The ranger was a lot easier to install than the defender however the wire routing was explained very well with the can am but the Polaris didn’t have hardly any instructions about it only a generic wire schematic. I ended up mounting the control pack between the battery box and fuse panel. I ran the acc wire from the pulse bar to the fuse panel/ battery box area and connected it there, I wish the red acc wire coming from the rack mounted switch was not split out of the loom and just went with the black and blue in the loom for this but I managed to get it back in and it works great just like the other one I have

Headache Review

Rack is great, well-built. One thing to note, you cannot raise the bed if you have the rotopax mounted to it. Maybe they said that in the directions, but I learned the hard way. Raised the bed and ripped the rack off. So, just make sure to take them off if you need to raise the bed. Other than that, rack and winch seem great.
